Police officers, firefighters, paramedics, teachers, healthcare professionals, veterans, dispatchers, corrections officers, child-protection workers, coroners, death investigators, and countless others dedicate themselves to helping their communities.
Our mission is to restore, strengthen, and support them through healing, leadership development, education, family support, wellness, and opportunities for renewal.

We aim to connect people who serve with practical care, renewal, leadership development, and a community that stands beside them and their families.
Community Access
Help bring Youth READY to more families.
Millfort Tactical provides the curriculum and instruction. The Millfort Foundation is developing ways for community partners to expand access through scholarships and sponsored program delivery.
Schools, churches, youth organizations, nonprofits, and sponsors can work with Millfort to provide practical, age-appropriate safety education for young people ages 8–17.

A future place for people who serve to step away, rest, reconnect with family, and return with renewed purpose.
We envision retreats, leadership and wellness experiences, and time outdoors that supports restoration, resilience, and family connection.

Founding Leadership

Michelle Branning and Sabrina Gast serve as founding board members of the Millfort Foundation, helping shape an organization committed to finding and supporting professions too often overlooked.
The Millfort Foundation is building programs for first responders, dispatchers, educators, nurses and other healthcare professionals, clergy, veterans, coroners, and others whose service carries lasting demands. The founding board includes Michelle Branning and Sabrina Gast. Programs and nonprofit status are still in development; sponsorship and participation inquiries are welcome. The Millfort Foundation has been invited to exhibit and address attendees at a forensic conference serving law enforcement, coroners and death investigators, medical and nursing professionals, legal professionals, advocates, and others who work around trauma and loss.

Who is the Foundation being built to support?
People who dedicate their lives to serving others, including first responders, dispatchers, educators, healthcare professionals, veterans, clergy, coroners, death investigators, and their families. We welcome perspectives from professions whose needs are often overlooked.
Can I apply for a program or visit Millfort Farm now?
Foundation programs are still in development. Millfort Farm is a long-term concept, not an operating retreat property. We are gathering needs, expertise, and potential partnerships as we build the first programs.
How can I help while the Foundation is developing?
You can express interest in volunteering, offer professional or program expertise, share a general support need, or discuss a community partnership. Start with Join the Mission. Please leave names, medical information, personnel records, and case details out of public inquiries.
Does the interest form accept donations?
No. It records your interest in helping. The Foundation is working toward 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. Sponsorship scope, recognition, and terms are confirmed in writing before acceptance. Ask about sponsorship or in-kind support.
