Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through contact, mailing-list, purchase, transportation, membership, training, and event forms. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email, phone number, mailing or pickup information, organization, interests, requested service details, and messages.

Some Millfort Tactical registration forms request additional information needed for participation and safety administration, such as date of birth, address, emergency-contact information, acknowledgments, and an electronic signature.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and requested services.
• Administer event, membership, training, transportation, and product requests.
• Communicate logistics, availability, pricing, safety information, and relevant updates.
• Maintain records needed to operate programs and protect participants and the organization.
• Improve the website and understand which pages or campaigns bring visitors to Millfort.

Form processing and other services

Website form submissions are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to Millfort email accounts. Links to services such as Venmo take you to a third party governed by its own privacy practices. Millfort may also use website hosting and analytics providers to operate and measure the site.

Sharing and retention

Millfort does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site or fulfill a request, with event or service partners when needed to deliver what you requested, or when required by law. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, administrative obligations, dispute resolution, and safety or legal records.

Your choices
