A Fort Mill mailing address alone does not establish eligibility; Millfort confirms the location and scope directly. Outside town limits, the four-hour workshop for up to 20 participants is $795, or $1,095 with a one-site review. Optional site reviews, travel beyond 35 driving miles, and larger groups receive a written quote.
